Lizzie Pawsey

With 20 years of experience in senior marketing and HR leadership roles at global companies including Diageo, Britvic, and Pernod Ricard, Lizzie is an accomplished business leader, coach, coaching supervisor, and facilitator who thrives on empowering her clients to become exceptional leaders. With this deep understanding of the challenges faced in global, cross-cultural organizations, she understands the challenges of leading teams of people through change and delivering against a business plan.
Over the course of her 2000+ hours of coaching experience, Lizzie has worked with board, executive, senior leaders and their teams across a range of areas to support them to lead themselves, lead others and lead their business. She has also gained thousands of hours of facilitation experience through her work on global leadership development programmes and as a faculty member for the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) on their Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. Lizzie also works as a coach supervisor and mentor coaching both with groups and one-to-one. She works with new and experienced coaches and offers a reflective space where they reflect on and develop their coaching skills, review their practice and build their resourcefulness.
Lizzie builds trusting, supportive relationships with her clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She has an MSc in Organisational Psychology and is certified in Strengthscope, Gallup Strengths, MBTI Step 1 and 2, Hogan, TKI, and various 360º feedback tools.
Margaret Allen

Margaret has over 15 years experience as a coach and development practitioner operating in a commercial, service and manufacturing environments. Her background is in HR and sport where she was HR Director for Anheuser Busch Europe and in her youth played hockey at international level.
Educated at Girton College, Cambridge University, where she gained an MA (Honours) in Geography and a PGCE, Margaret has a passion for learning and development and has gained experience of small and large organizations in FMCG, pharmaceutical, education and service sectors. Margaret is also a Non-Executive Director of Davy’s Wine Bars and Restaurants. Margaret is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a trained facilitator with Stephen Covey and Zenger Miller. She is qualified to administer and interpret MBTI Steps I and II; Strength Deployment Inventory and a variety of 360-degree feedback processes.
One of Margaret’s other passions is sport. Having played competitive hockey for many years she now enjoy playing tennis and finds there are many similarities between the sporting and business arenas which she is able to apply to her work assignments.
Leila Rezaiguia

Kay Young

Kay is an experienced and accredited executive coach and coach supervisor, based in Scotland.
She runs her own coaching/coaching supervision business alongside her gestalt therapy practice. She also works as an Associate with the AoEC, supporting their coach training programmes. Kay has worked across private, public and voluntary sectors and has extensive senior line management experience, including as an NHS Executive Board Director. She tutored for 15 years on a range of MBA programmes for the OU Business School and has worked internationally.
Kay works in a relational, embodied, and creative way, deepening awareness, exploring choices. She believes that safe, effective and ethical practice is made more possible through the presence and support of another, including within the coaching supervision relationship. Her coaching & coaching supervision practice is gestalt orientated; and psychologically / trauma informed.

Kelly L. Ross

Kelly is a leadership coach, learning and talent strategist, facilitator, coach supervisor and mentor coach with global experience. Will Stonier

Will has been involved in the field of learning and development since 2006. Since 2015, he has been a full-time as a trainer, facilitator and coach. Prior to this, he spent a decade in learning consulting roles at three prestigious investment banks. Will is qualified at Master’s level through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Will has delivered training programmes globally and across many industries.
In his spare time, Will is passionate about sports and fitness, particularly cycling and running. He enjoys music and loves Italy, having previously lived in Tuscany.
Gwen Burridge

With over 30 years of experience in financial services as a Trader, Operations Manager, and Learning and Leadership Development Consultant, Gwen brings a pragmatic and outcome-driven approach to help others learn and develop. Gwen works primarily within the Financial Services sector, as well as with insurance companies and law firms. She has experience in several topics including management and leadership skills, communication, time management, decision-making, conflict, and managing change. Gwen uses profiling tools to raise self-awareness for individuals and teams, helping her clients to leverage their strengths and thrive in their professional roles. Gwen’s style is practical and conversational, creating a psychologically safe environment that enables open and honest dialogue. She strives to connect with her clients at a deeper level, fostering empathy and enriching the learning experience.

Dirk Pretorious

Dirk is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach, known for his pragmatism, excellent listening skills, ability to build trust quickly and create long-term relationships. He supports his clients in navigating change in its various forms. Through his facilitative approach, he actively engages his clients, while enriching discussions with valuable insights and constructive challenges.
With 15 years of corporate experience at Unilever, including a notable four-year stint as Head of Group Training for sub-Saharan Africa, Dirk has been delivering impactful training programmes since 1999 across the UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, and Southern Africa. His diverse client portfolio spans sectors such as investment banking, commercial banking, IT, FMCG, education, and local government. Dirk’s expertise includes leadership, change management, career development, and interpersonal skills.
He is continually seeking new ways to foster personal growth for his clients and enhance their business performance. He creates a supportive environment that encourages his clients to step beyond their comfort zones.
Dirk holds a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. He qualified as an executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in 2016 and is an EMCC Accredited Executive Coach. He is also an Accredited practitioner in MBTI and a qualified EFT practitioner.
His interests outside of work include cricket and rugby union. He is an enthusiastic landscape painter in oils, exhibiting his artwork in the Thames Valley region, UK.
