Lizzie Pawsey

Lizzie brings over 20 years of experience in global organisations, including Diageo, Britvic,and Pernod Ricard. Her background in both marketing and HR leadership enables her to understand first-hand the realities of leading diverse teams, driving change, and delivering commercial results in fast-paced environments.
With over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, Lizzie works with board-level, senior, and emerging leaders to help them lead themselves, lead others, and lead their businesses with clarity and confidence. She also brings thousands of hours of facilitation expertise, designing and delivering global leadership programmes and serving as a faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) on both the Coaching Skills Certificate and the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.
As a qualified coach supervisor and ICF PCC-accredited mentor coach, Lizzie supports both new and experienced coaches through one-to-one and group supervision. She offers reflective space to deepen skills, strengthen professional identity, and build resourcefulness.
Lizzie holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology and continues to prioritise her own development through regular supervision and reflective practice. She is certified in a range of psychometric tools including Strengthscope®, Gallup CliftonStrengths®, MBTI Step I & II, and Hogan.
Margaret Allen

Margaret brings over 15 years of experience working across commercial, service, and manufacturing environments. With a strong foundation in HR – including as HR Director for Anheuser-Busch Europe – she brings a commercially grounded, people-focused approach to her work with leaders and teams.
Educated at Girton College, Cambridge University, Margaret holds an MA (Hons) in Geography and a PGCE. She has worked across a broad range of sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, education, and hospitality, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Davy’s Wine Bars and Restaurants. A lifelong learner, Margaret combines intellectual rigour with practical insight to support leadership growth and cultural transformation.
Margaret is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a certified facilitator of programmes by Stephen Covey and Zenger Miller. She is qualified to use and interpret a range of psychometric tools including MBTI Step I and II, Strength Deployment Inventory, and multiple 360° feedback instruments.
With a background in elite sport – having represented her country in hockey at international level – Margaret brings discipline, teamwork, and performance mindset into her coaching. She continues to enjoy sport recreationally, particularly tennis, and often draws parallels between sporting and business performance in her work with leaders.

Kay Young

Kay is an experienced executive coach, coach supervisor, and Gestalt therapist based in Scotland. She brings a rich blend of leadership, academic, and therapeutic experience to her work, supporting clients across the private, public, and voluntary sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
Kay’s professional background includes senior leadership roles, including Executive Board Director within the NHS, and 15 years of tutoring on MBA programmes for the Open University Business School.
Her approach is relational, embodied, and creative — grounded in Gestalt and psychologically informed practice. She supports her clients to deepen awareness, explore new choices, and sustain ethical, safe, and effective ways of working. Will Stonier

Will has worked in learning and development since 2006, combining a deep understanding of corporate environments with a passion for helping individuals grow. Since 2015, he has worked full-time as a trainer, facilitator, and coach, delivering engaging and impactful programmes across industries including finance, technology, professional services, and manufacturing. His earlier career included ten years in senior learning consultancy roles at three prestigious investment banks, where he designed and delivered learning solutions for high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Will is a qualified learning professional at Masters level through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He specialises in leadership development, communication skills, personal effectiveness, and early career development. Known for his practical, down-to-earth facilitation style, Will brings warmth, clarity, and a strong commercial sensibility to every session he delivers.

Gwen Burridge

Gwen brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, having held roles as a Trader, Operations Manager, and Learning & Leadership Development Consultant. This rich background enables her to bring a pragmatic, commercially grounded, and outcome-focused approach to leadership development and coaching.
She works primarily within the financial services sector and also partners with insurance companies and law firms to support leadership capability, team effectiveness, and individual performance. Gwen has designed and delivered programmes on a wide range of topics including leadership and management skills, communication, time management, decision- making, conflict resolution, and navigating change.
